Research

The ‘Social Brain Sciences’ group conducts research at the intersection of human neuroscience, the arts, and social robotics.

A graphic showing the main areas of the group's research. We study action learning and expertise, and embodied aesthetics. We also work on optimising human-robot interactions and how we can use embodied agents as learning tools. We engage in open science practicies, ensure excellent training opportunities, use many diverse research methods, and take a multidisciplinary approach.
